Our Policies

We here at AMS Obsolete and Herb's Parts (Anthony, Chase, Corey, Kevin and Mike) value and appreciate your business, and thank you for choosing us. We strive to maintain a large inventory, excellent service, fast shipping, and low prices. From time to time to expedite your order or to save you on shipping, we may have some items sent directly from the manufacturer. Should any "drop ship" order go on backorder, the customer will be notified in a timely manner. Please know that every effort is used to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience with us.

Shipping

We ship domestic and international. We ship Monday through Friday. We prefer to ship orders over $100 via UPS. Orders containing paint MUST be shipped with UPS, no exceptions.

In stock parts - We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours after the order is placed. Weekends, car shows, and holidays being the exception.

Backordered parts - We will notify you of backordered items and status. Backordered items that have not yet been shipped are refundable at the customer's request.

Special ordered parts - Such as colored parts other than black, please call or email for details about manufacturing lead times and returnability.

International shipping - We ship worldwide by USPS and UPS, providing the size and weight limitations are not exceeded. Please call or email for special shipping requests. Due to the changes in Great Britain and European Union VAT collection, we are no longer offering online ordering for EU member states. The process is complicated and very costly to maintain and remit taxes. We can ship orders over a certain dollar amount (which varies by Country) because the tax is collected at time of delivery rather than at time of sale. These special orders will need to be emailed or called in.

Inspect for Shipping Damages

Please inspect contents for shipping damage as well as contents against the invoice. Small parts may have been packaged with the larger items or may have settled to the bottom of the box. Any damaged items or missing items must be reported to Herb's Parts within 72 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

"We Care Return Policy" - Herb's Parts stands behind the parts that we sell. Any part that is purchased from us can be returned to us, provided that there have been no modifications, user wear, or installation marks, and must be in the original packaging, along with a copy of the sales receipt. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Return Shipping Cost - Will be at the cost of the purchaser unless we made a mistake.

Special Orders - Will not be returnable or refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions about a special order.
