This is a new, reproduction, cowl ventilator weatherstrip for 1954-1973 Dodge trucks. 

 

It fits conventional cabs from 1954-1960

 and 1961-1973 Panel trucks, flat face cowl and tilt cab medium and heavy duty trucks.
